The relationship between these terms and your service agreement
If you're a current participant, the terms of the service agreement you've signed with us govern the delivery of your supports. Nothing on this page overrides or replaces those terms — they take precedence.
Using this website
This site is provided in good faith for information purposes. We keep the content up to date, but it shouldn't be treated as personalised advice. If you're making decisions about aged care or NDIS funding, we'd rather you rang us than relied solely on what you read here.
Intellectual property
The written content, photographs, branding and design on this site belong to Lyft Community unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with attribution — please don't reproduce whole pages or lift our brand assets.
Your feedback and submissions
When you send us a message through this site — an enquiry, a referral, a careers application, or feedback — we treat it in line with our Privacy Policy. We'll only use what you send to respond to you and to do our job properly.
Liability
We take reasonable care in how we operate and how we represent ourselves on this site. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law evolves. We'll note the date of any material update at the bottom of the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
