What we look for
Who we're looking for.
We care more about character than credentials. That said, here's what usually makes a great fit:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- A driver's licence and reliable car
- Warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine interest in people
- Patience with paperwork and process — it's part of the work
