Indicative rates for NDIS-funded supports, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–26 V1.1 (effective 24 November 2025).

All rates are set at or below the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–26 V1.1. Your plan manager or the NDIA claims directly at the agreed rate.

Notes
- All rates are set at or below the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025–26 V1.1, effective 24 November 2025.
- Weekday daytime applies Monday–Friday, 6am–8pm. Weekday evening applies Monday–Friday, 8pm–midnight.
- Saturday rates apply all day Saturday. Sunday rates apply all day Sunday. Public holiday rates apply on all gazetted public holidays.
- Your plan manager or the NDIA claims directly at the agreed rate. No hidden fees — the rate in your service agreement is the rate we charge.
- Group activity rates per participant are calculated by dividing the hourly rate by the number of people in the group. Providers must make a separate claim per participant.
- Provider travel costs may apply for supports delivered outside our standard service area. We'll discuss any applicable travel costs with you before services begin.
