Three things we learned.
Theme 02
Support workers are not interchangeable.
Our Support Worker Advisory Circle showed that when frontline voices shape rosters and practice, retention climbs and quality follows. Shared ownership isn't a culture poster — it's an operational lever.
Theme 03
Support at Home is a test of adaptability.
The July 2025 reforms are the biggest structural shift in a generation. Our read: small, values-led providers are better placed than incumbents to design around the person — if we stay disciplined about not scaling past our care model.
