Government-funded

Support at Home · Home Care Package

If you're approved through My Aged Care, most of your support is paid through your assigned funding level. You'll typically contribute a small basic daily fee and — if applicable — an income-tested fee. We help you read your budget and spend it well.

Private arrangements

No waiting lists · Start quickly

If you'd rather not go through the government system (or you're waiting), you can engage us directly. Support starts within a week, invoiced fortnightly against an agreed schedule.

Blended

Topping up government funding

Many families combine a Home Care Package or Support at Home budget with private hours for the extras — longer outings, weekend support, respite stays. We help you map both side by side.

The numbers below are a starting frame — final rates are confirmed in your service agreement and depend on the support needed. Most families spend less than the hourly card suggests, because hours are shaped around the person, not a fixed roster.

All rates are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in your individual service agreement and does not exceed the applicable NDIS or aged care funding limits. Travel and complex supports are quoted separately where required.

Support at Home

Government-funded rates, in full.

For families using Support at Home funding, our rates are set in line with the program's pricing arrangements. The full schedule covers care management, domestic assistance, personal care, allied health, nursing, therapeutic services, and transport.
